Material Resource Planning (MRP)

Introduction

This post walks you through how to operate Material Resource Planning (MRP).

Production Plan

Production Plan grid

From Menu, select [Manufacturing]>>[Production Plan].
Production plan grid show the list of existing production plans.
To create new production plan, click [Add].

Add Production Plan

Select Type, key in date range.
Key in the notes, if any, and click [Save].

Production Plan Details

To add plan details, either
* Click [Add Line] and add interactively OR * Click [Import] to import plan details through XL.

Entering plan details through System

Select the product, Key in the qty and click [Done].

Import Production Plan through the System

Click [Download Model] to download XL file.
Click [Upload] and choose the file.
System shows [Uploaded] message if the file is in appropriate format.
System rejects the upload if the format is not correct.

Production Plan Report

From Menu, select [Manufacturing]>>[MRP].
Select report type [Production Plan] and input plan range.
Select necessary options as per the checkboxes.
Click [OK] to download the production report in XL.

Procurement Plan Report

From Menu, select [Manufacturing]>>[MRP].
Select report type [Procurement Plan] and input plan range.
Select necessary options as per the checkboxes.
Click [OK] to download the procurement report in XL.
